New Resident Information
As a new resident of Spring Valley Village, we want to welcome you and encourage you to be active in your community! To show your pride for Spring Valley Village, pick up vehicle decals at City Hall.
The City holds various meetings every month, including but not limited to, City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, and Board of Adjustment. All meetings are posted on the City Calendar. All meeting agendas are posted in the Agenda Center.
Water and wastewater services are provided by the City of Spring Valley Village. New accounts may be set up in person at City Hall or by email. A $250.00 deposit is required to set up new service. To download an application, please click here.
Once you have set up your account, you will be able to request services such as e-billing and automatic draft. You may access your usage, billing, pay online, and set up automatic draft with a credit card (additional fees will apply) when you set up an online account.
If you have an irrigation system and/or pool, we recommend installing a dedicated meter. If you would like to learn more, click here.
Garbage & Recycling Services
The City's service days are as follows and are provided by GFL. Garbage days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling days are Fridays. Heavy/Bulky days are Tuesdays and Fridays. For more information, click here.
The Spring Valley Village City Park is located at 1025 Campbell Road in front of City Hall. The City Park has several amenities such as a pavilion, gazebo/shade structure, greenspace areas, playground, and picnic tables. If you are interested in reserving a park facility, please click here.
