Water Rate:
First Meter:
From 0 to 3,000 gallons - minimum charge is $16.00, Plus
$2.97 City of Houston (COH) groundwater conversion charge.
All above 3,000 gallons at $2.63 per 1,000 gallons, Plus
$.99 per 1,000 gallons (COH) ground conversion charge.
Second Meter:
(Water not discharged into City sanitary sewer system)
$2.63 per 1,000 gallons base charge, Plus
$.99 per 1,000 gallons (COH) ground conversion charge.
Wastewater (Sewer) Rate:
$15.00 monthly fixed fee per residence, Plus
$ 4.836 per 1,000 gallons of metered water.
Non-Residential Users
Water Rate:
From 0 to 3,000 gallons - minimum charge is $30.00, Plus
$2.97 COH groundwater conversion charge (COH)
All above 3,000 gallons at $6.78, Plus
$.99 per 1,000 gallons (COH) groundwater conversion charge.
Wastewater (Sewer) Rate:
$20.00 monthly fixed fee, Plus
$ 8.636 per 1,000 gallons of metered water
