Email the following information to dispatch@springvalleytx.com:
- Name
- Address
- Date leaving and returning
- Any key holder information or if anyone will be in and out of the house (i.e. housekeeper/pool service/lawn crew/pet sister)
- Any lights left on and/or timers
- Any cars in drive. If yes, color and make (i.e. Green Tahoe)
- Emergency contact numbers and/or cell phone numbers
Many City of Spring Valley Village police officers are certified to conduct home security surveys of your home in order to advise you of additional security devices, such as alarms or auxiliary locks, that you may wish to consider installing to help make your home a safer place to live. These security surveys may be scheduled by calling the police dispatcher and asking for one of these officers to contact you to set up an appointment.
