If you do not appear in court on the date shown on the citation or at any hearing date as ordered by the Court, a warrant for your arrest will be issued by the Judge.
If a warrant has been issued you will be reported to all appropriate law enforcement agencies and databases. Under applicable law you will be subject to immediate arrant and incarceration.
If you wish to take care of your warrant you can either contact the Court Clerk at 713-465-0333, Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or Police Dispatch at 713-465-8323.
