Make all payments out to the City of Spring Valley Village.
When you appear, payment is expected in the form of Visa, MasterCard, check, cash, or money order. If you do not wish to appear in court, but wish only to pay your citation, you may do so at any time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at 1025 Campbell Road or mail to City of Spring Valley Village Municipal Court, 1025 Campbell Road, Houston, Texas 77055 PRIOR to the time for arraignment shown on your citation. It is the responsibility of the defendant to make sure that payment is received by the court to avoid a warrant being issued.
A list of fines is shown on the back of the citation. If your violation is one that is not shown, you may contact the court office at 713/465-0333.
Liability Insurance
If you had liability insurance that was valid at the time the citation was issued, you must present your proof (entire policy or letter from your insurance company) in the court office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., before your court date. The charges may be dismissed upon verification of insurance coverage.

Resets
- NO RESETS WILL BE GRANTED OVER THE TELEPHONE
- Municipal Court Judge allows only ONE reset.
- Resets for arraignments will be granted in person until 3:30 p.m. on the actual court date.
