The charges of Expired Drivers License, Expired Motor Vehicle Registration, and Expired Motor Vehicle Inspection MAY be dismissed in the court office if the expiration date is less than 60 days, and the violation was corrected within ten working days. There will be a $20.00 dismissal fee (for each violation) required at the time you provide proof of compliance.
