Mike Andrews
 Mayor Andrews served on the Spring Valley Village's Planning and Zoning Commission for two years before being elected to the City Council in 2003. He was then elected Mayor in 2004.
Mr. Andrews, a native Texan, graduated from Spring Branch High School, University of Houston (BSME) and became a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas in 1970.
He retired from Stewart & Stevenson in June 2003 after 43 years of service.
He is a Member Emeritus of the Ethics Officer Association (EOA) and the Defense Industry Initiative on Business Ethics and Conduct (DII).
